My second journal since my arrival here, nearly a year and a half ago... man, I need to do this more often.

At any rate, this time, I'll be showing off some highlights form other peoples galleries. This should help get some much needed spotlights on some very good works of art. If you want me to feature you, drop a reply, and I'll give your gallery a browse. Just be sure to do the same to others.

First up, nascentartiste. She's a writer like myself, and she's really, really good (and a fellow die hard SatAM fan to boot!). Her stories tend to focus on... less action based areas than my own, and I'm envious of her skill.

First, 'Had It Never Been.' It's one of those AU 'What If' stories we all know and love. What if Julian's Coup had never happened? Would our beloved little rebels be the same? Time to find out... [link]

Second, 'A Love In Stages.' It features a less seen SatAM character from a point of view that I'm certain that every teenager on Planet Earth is familiar with. [link]

Finally, there's 'No Reply.' This story's a little more tense than the norm, and really gripping, IMHO. I won't give anything away, but I think you will find it to your liking. [link]

These are just a few of what she's got, so go check her stuff out, and be sure to let her know what you think.

Next, we have celeceraven, and her tribute to everyone's favorite gearhead, Keira. [link] Let's face it, she just doesn't get the credit she deserves for all that she does for the team.

Second up is a little comic that she's been working on [link] These are always a fun read, and this one really gives the washed out, gritty feel that one associtates with Haven City.

Finally, a bit of real life photography, [link] Probably not what most would expect, but what can I say, half of me hails from Massaschusetts, and this brought back memories of the winters I would spend up there with my Mom's family.

Third on the list is an old friend, Copycat87, who's been kind enough to do some fanart of my stories in the past, like this one [link] Don't let her claims to contrary fool you, she did an excellent job on this all around.

Another good piece is this little beauty of her OC, [link] as a bonus, it's three drawings in one!. Coloring is excellent, and there's a real depth to the page, IMHO.

Finally, there is this, [link] in something reminds me eeriely of the Halo games, as the Horaquan looks like an Elite. Not that that's a bad thing, and this one shows that even in war, friendship can bloom.

At any rate, got number four up here today with bringonthethunder. Not sure how many of you are familiar with her works, but it's some jaw dropping line art. Want proof? Check out these:

First up, [link] Here we get to see one of the more comical members of the SatAM cast in a serious, if I'm-going-to-beat-the-stuffing-out-of-you. The attention to detail is amazing, and a much loved change from what we normally see this individual doing.

Second, [link] there is this gem. It's one of her colored pics, and I'm honestly not sure if there are words that I can adequately use to describe it, so I'll just say that it is really good, and leave it up to you to check out the rest, 'kay?

And last, but certainly not least, [link] the first of two little comic strips that she's done. Personal favorite of mine, as it runs through many of the moments we see... and do not, from one of my favorite childhood programs.
